Whether you are suffering from chronic pain, healing from an acute injury, would like to improve your posture or mobility, are preparing for or have just completed some physical feat (childbirth, marathon, climbing trip, lifting comp etc) or just need a tune up, massage is an important part of your self care and maintenance. While I am trained in Swedish massage and can offer stress releif and relaxation, I excel in deep tissue, trigger point, myofascial, and active release techniques, and utilize Graston and cupping when needed.

Emotion gets bound up in our bodies, and physical release is a wonderful way not only to put down the burden of pain, discomfort and misalignment, but to access what has been an energetic burden on your subconscious. While working with your physical tensions, we can also address; your sleep routine (or lack there of), how to wind down, anxiety, time management, self-love, goals, and how to deal with the blocks and stresses in your life.

 

Single Session, 90 minutes

Complementary 20 minute assessment. Guided, hands on, custom trigger point yin practice. Start the session with a check in and guided breath work.

5 class package
$700

Complementary one-time 20 minute assessment. Five, 90 minute sessions of guided, hands on, custom trigger point yin practice. Start the session with a 5 minute check in and 5 minutes of breath work. Expires after 1 year

10 class package
$1400

Complementary one-time 20 minute assessment. Ten, 90 minute sessions of guided, hands on, custom trigger point yin practice. Start the session with a 5 minute check in and 5 minutes of breath work. Expires after 1 year

Corporate Class
$350, 90 minutes

Maximum 20 students. Guided trigger point yin practice, working with common lines of tension. Session begins with breath work and ends with a guided meditation in a resting pose. I will provide therapy balls, students should bring a mat and a towel or blanket.
